Interesting Fact of the Month
Did you know visiting Canada with a DUI is difficult? If a US citizen has a DUI or DWI they could be denied entry at the Canadian border! Even a misdemeanor for reckless driving, or a traffic ticket for impaired driving, can prevent an American from entering Canada. In order to enter Canada with DUI charges many people hire an immigration lawyer. Going to Canada from USA with other criminal convictions like theft or assault can also be challenging.
So now, in this Year of Our Lord 2025, let's look at where are we at.
